What happened? – The Toledo Clinic was briefly a member of the CVS REACH ACO model. Recently CVS pulled out of the ACO terminating all participants. In doing so, they were required by law to notify all patients who may have been part of this ACO.
What does this mean for patients? – Patients should not notice any changes. Medicare rights and benefits will remain unchanged and patients can continue to see any healthcare provider, practice or hospital that accepts Medicare including TTC providers.
