The Toledo Clinic Options Property In Maumee

(Toledo)­—As part of its ongoing commitment to improving access to quality medical care, The Toledo Clinic announced today that it has optioned 19 acres of property in Maumee.

The land is located off Route 24 between Ford Road and Monclova Road and is part of a larger, mixed-use development announced by the City of Maumee and a developer in October 2017.

The project has been named Side Cut Crossings, and will include assisted living, senior housing, Restaurants, a hotel, and retail.  Construction of the new traffic lights and road will commence in early Spring 2019.

“We see great potential for our physician-owned, physician-led care in the Maumee area,” said Mike D’Eramo, Chief Administrative Officer at The Toledo Clinic.  “Having said that, the option is part of a comprehensive planning process and we cannot be any more specific at this time.

The Toledo Clinic is a multi-specialty group practice, consisting of over 270 independent physicians and associated healthcare professionals, practicing in 40 medical and surgical specialties, at more than 60 locations, across northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.
